The challenge

What we hear, and how EduPresence answers it

The same four problems come up in almost every conversation. Here's what changes on day one.

  1. 01

    Roll call eats teaching time

5-10 minutes per class, every day, plus registers to total at month end. The AI register brings this under a minute.

  2. 02

Parents call the office for everything

Where is the bus? Did my child reach? Automatic board, arrival and drop alerts answer before anyone asks.

  3. 03

Gate entries and bunking go unnoticed

A child who enters the gate but never reaches class, or leaves early, is flagged to the class teacher.

  4. 04

    Board and UDISE+ paperwork

Student records carry UDISE+ fields, PEN and APAAR ID, and the 75% eligibility rule is tracked all year.

Morning safety

From the bus step to the classroom, every handover is recorded

The bus door camera, the gate camera and the classroom scan tell one story - so a child who boarded but never reached class is flagged within minutes, not at the end of the day.

  • Boarded, reached school and dropped alerts
  • Bunking and early-exit detection
  • Child-left-on-bus alarm

Classroom

Teachers get their first period back

The classroom scan pre-fills the period register. Teachers check the one or two uncertain matches and confirm - no roll call, no month-end totalling.

  • Period-wise registers from the timetable
  • Monthly register in the familiar format
  • Corrections with approval

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes. Existing cameras work if they capture faces clearly enough. Most wide-angle CCTV covering a large area does not, so we usually add dedicated face cameras at gate lanes and reuse classroom cameras where adequate.
