We started with one question: did my child reach school?
EduPresence exists so that question is answered before a parent has to ask it - and so teachers never again spend the first ten minutes of class calling names.
Our story
Attendance looks simple until you count the minutes. A class of forty takes five to ten minutes to call every morning. Registers are totalled by hand at month end. Parents phone the office to ask whether the bus has left, and the transport desk phones the driver to find out.
GPS trackers told schools where the bus was, but not who was on it. Biometric devices created queues at the gate and didn't work for small children. Cloud face-recognition services wanted video of minors uploaded off-campus. None of it fitted an Indian school with ordinary broadband and a careful principal.
So we built EduPresence edge-first: a small CPU box on the campus network and a rugged device in each bus do the recognition locally, and only tiny events reach the cloud. Around that we built everything attendance touches - records, leave, transport, notifications and reports - for schools, coaching institutes and colleges in one codebase.

Privacy is the product
Consent before enrollment, video that never leaves campus and an opt-out that works fully. We'd rather lose a sale than cut a corner on children's data.
